After seeing all of Ashley’s delicious treats on the @vegan.bklyn.foodie Instagram page, we decided to try some out. She had a booth setup with her sister at an extremely pet friendly bar in Brooklyn. Seeing as Tania and I don’t go out drinking much it was a bit strange being carded, especially at three in the afternoon. Upon entry I treated myself to a delicious spinach and cheese empanada (vegan of course). We then walked though a bunch of cute dogs to get to their booth. The last time we saw Ashley and Mallory was at the 2018 Dallas USAV Nationals tournament. It was good to see them again, and great to see how far Ashley’s business had progressed. Tania and I each purchased a cookie and loved them!
On our way home we decided to stop back at Rip’s Malt Shop for some lunch.
