I thought about the title for this post somewhere between mile 6 and 7. I thought to myself, “You’re close to a sub 1 hour time. You can do it. Just push yourself”. I haven’t been here (time wise) since August of 2016. Feels good! My post run weight is 208.4lbs. It was a cold run, but I managed to stick through with it.
