I had stopped by Brooklyn to take some images of the views from the promenade. Just as Long Island City is bringing a few residential buildings into existence, it seems like Dumbo is following in its footsteps. The featured image was taken at the northern most end of the promenade. The street below is Furman St, and it seems the view of the city will soon be obstructed by new residential buildings.
