Bodybuilding update – Month 4 complete

Written by Fitness / Bodybuilding

A little late with this months update, but I haven’t given up yet. Due to all the work/assignments/exams in the past week I was unable to make a post on the 13th. Luckily, the extra time did not take away from my workouts. I’m thankful that I was able to push through late nights and finish my workouts.

It’s becoming more routine. I don’t feel like I have to go out of my way to work out. Even when I am fully exhausted I still try and find a way to push through. What’s important is to keep going. All the hard work is not worth missing one day or quiting mid way.

Once again I feel the pictures speak for themselves. The hard work is paying off. My abs seem to be pulling through, but my its odd that some body parts are smaller than they were last month (considering I have gained weight). It’s also strange that my biceps are beginning to be unequal in size again. I’m not sure what caused this but its not bothering me that greatly.

Another big milestone which I have overcome was my sucessful max bench for this month. I managed to bench 232 lbs. I have attempted this weight in the past and had never been able to do it. It feels great. Gotta keep pushing!
