Sebastian invited me to play in another VBLI volleyball tournament. It was my first time playing with some of the guys, and as a team we managed to come in first place. One of the things I love most about the volleyball community in New York City is how tightly knit everything is. I love that I always play with familiar faces.
I also loved being back at Seward Park High School. I played here while I attended high school, and recall them being one of the stronger teams in the city (I’m not sure how true that is now). Nonetheless, it was nice to be back here again.
