218 pounds. This is the heaviest I think I’ve ever been. After some previously failed attempts I think it’s time I take my health/fitness a bit more seriously. I’ve done it before and I can do it again.
I plan on running every other day and mixing some simple weight training in-between. My NY urban team might intervene with this schedule, but some activity for those days is better than none. Here we go!
