Bodybuilding update – Month 5 complete

One does not realize how far they have come until they stop going. That’s my story for this month. With the rush of the end of the school year I haven’t been able to make it to the gym for the last week. That’s right. I took the week off.

I feel terrible, but it was necessary action in order to ensure I finished most of my school work. I plan on making it all up though by the end of the year. That’s it. Month 5 is over. I am almost 1/2 way there. With the summer approaching I feel I should focus a bit more on cardio. I might begin jogging every now and then just to burn some fat off.

It was hard getting back into rhythm. The weights seemed a lot heavier after taking a week off. I also feel a whole lot more sore. Ugh. What can I say? “Everybody wants to be a bodybuilder but nobody wants to lift em heavy weights”.
