Lifting weights … again

I stated lifting weights a couple of days ago. I lift roughly four times a week. Since the summer running plan did not go as planned, I thought I would merged it with weight training. I cleaned the gym, and prepared it for the months to come. While cleaning I came across a workout schedule / plan from June 2009. I then recalled my motivation to work out. For now I will try to catch up to my 09′ routine.

What is my motivation? Staying healthier, happier and raising the bar (literally and figuratively). As Ronnie Coleman said, “Everyone wants to be a bodybuilder, but nobody wants to lift em’ heavy weights”. I see that quote applying not only to bodybuilding, but everyday life as well.
