Though I’m sure it took a lot of patience and hard work, I received my birthday present from Tania today. I have to say I love it a lot. A bit small, but it keeps me very warm. Considering the fact that she knitted it with her own hands, it’s the effort which counts. She told me it took her three tries to get it right. I guess knitting is a lot more time consuming that I thought. She even knitted it in a yellow and purple color scheme (Hunter College colors). To finalize the gift she presented it all in a nice bag, added a note, and gave me a refill of hand sanitizer and some gum. There’s nothing like having someone look out for you. Thanks babe!
