I was invited by Matt from City College to play in a VBLI indoor 6’s tournament. I played with Jesus Echevarria, Braien Otsla, Stanley Martinez, Matthew Ng, and Patrick. Overall I would say we had fun, but finished weak in the end. I was very upset after missing my serve which left the score 14 to 11. I felt weak, but look forward to training prior to the season’s start. After looking at the pictures I feel I had a lot more opportunity than I thought I did. I am also more convinced that the game really is more mentally oriented than physically. What can I say? Weight room here I come.
